Al Fadhili Gas Plant Project
Etad Solutions delivered a comprehensive portfolio of security, safety, and smart monitoring solutions for the Al Fadhili Gas Plant Project, supporting the operational, environmental, and safety requirements of a large-scale industrial gas facility associated with Saudi Aramco.
The project included the implementation of CCTV surveillance systems to provide continuous monitoring of critical areas, enhancing site security and operational visibility. In parallel, air quality monitoring stations were deployed to support environmental monitoring, while solar power systems were integrated to ensure reliable and sustainable operation of selected field devices.
Etad Solutions also delivered multiple smart remote monitoring use cases, including smart cameras, enabling real-time observation and data collection from remote and hazardous locations. To further enhance workforce safety and situational awareness, smart harnesses, smart watches, and beacon-based solutions were implemented, supporting personnel monitoring and improving on-site safety management.
The scope of work additionally covered the deployment of gas detection sensors to enhance safety by enabling early detection of hazardous gas conditions. A robust LoRa-based infrastructure was implemented, including LoRa gateways, to support long-range communication and seamless integration of IoT devices across the facility.
From an infrastructure perspective, the project included the installation of network switches, fiber optic solutions, and communication infrastructure, ensuring reliable and high-performance connectivity. Within the PCC and control room environments, Etad Solutions delivered complete solutions covering UPS systems, networking equipment, access control systems, cabinets, and wireless access points, supporting continuous operation and system resilience.
Through the integration of surveillance, safety systems, smart monitoring technologies, and robust communication infrastructure, Etad Solutions contributed to establishing a secure, intelligent, and highly reliable operational environment, aligned with the demands of modern gas processing facilities.
